Play How to Read an Eyeglass Prescription
SPH (Sphere)

Spherical error, or overall power of lens is the basic part of your prescription. A (+) means you have trouble seeing near, and a (-) means you have trouble seeing things faraway.

CYL (Cylinder) & Axis

A cylinder value indicates astigmatisms or perpetually blurry vision. Axis—measured between 1 and 180°— tell us the orientation of the astigmatism

ADD (Addition)

This number is sometimes written NV for near vision and is used for multifocal lenses and readers

PRISM

We can process prism prescriptions to correct eye orientation

Vertical Prism is used to help correct vertical eye misalignments and is prescribed in opposite directions for both eyes

Horizontal Prism is used to help correct lateral eye misalignments and is always prescribed in the same direction for both eyes

Pupillary Distance

PD (Pupillary Distance)

It's just what sounds like—the distance in millimeters (mm) between your pupils. An average PD measurement is 63 mm, but varies by person. If it's not on the prescription, you can measure it yourself by:
• printing the downloadable PD ruler.
• watching our tutorial video.

Our Designer Glasses Frames for Women

Never sacrifice fashion for function. When it comes to women’s designer glasses, you deserve the freedom to customize lenses to match YOUR lifestyle. For the workplace warrior, lenses with digital screen protection coatings are an absolute must. Always on the road? Anti-reflective lens coatings will filter out sun glares to improve your driving experience on even the brightest days.

To maintain top quality, each and every pair of women’s designer glasses in our collection is checked and double checked before reaching their destination. On top of this, we proudly place confidence in our 2-week fit and style refund guarantee, and our 365-day replacement policy if any defects in craftsmanship are found.

Finding YOUR Pair of Women’s Designer Glasses

We strive to create styles as unique and trendy as the women who wear them. On top of including a premium lens set and case, our RFLKT line of frames come in an array of eye catching colors. Want to add a touch of glamour to your everyday outfits? Matte Champagne, Marbled Havana, and Clear Jade are just one of the many unique flourishes that are featured on our designer glasses frames. For a more minimalist approach, our lightweight and slim Titanium series of frames are sleek as eyewear can get.

To find your perfect pair of glasses, matching your hair’s color to your choice in glasses is an important skill. If you have warm brown hair with gold or red undertones, you’ll be looking your best in gold, red, and light green frames. For those with blonde hair, shades of brown and pink are excellent choices. Those with black hair look stunning with women’s designer glasses colored in strong reds, blues, and purples.
